How We Work

Leafori is a small, founder-led project built together with partners in China.

We work closely with small-scale farmers and tea makers, focusing on organic or low-intervention cultivation and production methods shaped by natural rhythms, not market speed.

Our collaborations are long-term and hands-on, allowing decisions to be guided by land, season, and craft rather than volume or urgency.

For us, this approach is not about scale.

It is about responsibility.

Why It Matters

Through stable partnerships and fair pricing, we aim to make quality and patience economically sustainable. This allows tea to remain a livelihood rooted in land and knowledge—rather than a resource to be extracted, standardized, and exhausted.

Leafori does not aim to be fast or loud.

It exists to move carefully—between East and West,

between land and daily life,
