Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy (European Union).

Pre-order items
Some products are offered as pre-orders due to seasonal production, limited batches, or origin processing schedules.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

Processing Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Please note that pre-order items follow the production timeline stated above.
Shipping Carriers & Pickup Options
Orders to Italy: shipped via BRT. You can choose a BRT pickup point.
Orders to Europe & USA: shipped via DHL Express or UPS. You can select a UPS Access Point (Europe) or a DHL Service Point (USA).
Pricing and Duties
All prices are displayed in EUR or USD based on your location and include VAT where applicable.
Customs duties for orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipments are managed directly by Leafori.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Standard shipping costs are refundable where applicable.
Premium shipping services selected at checkout are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
