Description

This exceptional Liu Bao is the work of Yi Yanhua, a renowned tea master and cultural heritage inheritor whose family lineage preserves traditional Liu Bao craftsmanship. Each step — from leaf selection to fermentation and aging — reflects generations of expertise and discipline.

Harvested in Spring 2015 from carefully selected Guiqing original-varietal leaves, the tea has undergone nearly a decade of steady dry aging in Liu Bao Town. Time has allowed its most prized characteristic — the rare Shenxiang (ginseng-like aroma) — to fully emerge. This fragrance, subtle yet persistent, is highly valued even among teas aged for over 30 years.

The liquor brews a clear, reddish-brown amber, dense yet refined. The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded, with a deep, mellow sweetness that lingers long after swallowing. As the infusions progress, layers unfold: aged wood, soft glutinous rice warmth, mild herbal tones, and the stable, elegant Shenxiang that defines high-grade Liu Bao.

Mature, composed, and enduring —
a tea of quiet authority and lasting depth, ideal for collectors and seasoned drinkers alike.
