Description

Tieguanyin belongs to the oolong family and dates back to the Qing Dynasty (1723–1735). Crafted using traditional “Zhengwei” methods, the leaves undergo precise shaking to activate enzymatic oxidation, producing the classic “green leaf with red edge” appearance — a hallmark of skilled craftsmanship.

The 2021 autumn harvest benefits from cooler seasonal temperatures, allowing slower leaf development and enhanced aromatic concentration. The dry leaves are tightly rolled, glossy, and vibrant green. When brewed, the liquor is golden and luminous.

Aroma rises immediately — clean orchid, subtle fruit sweetness, and a refined floral tone. The taste is fresh yet rounded, with lively sweetness and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, delivering the signature Guanyin Yun, often described as lingering fragrance even after seven infusions.
