Description

This Fo Shou oolong is grown at ~800m elevation, where cloud cover and temperature variation encourage rich aromatic compounds in the leaves. The garden is over 20 years old, receiving full sunlight from all angles, allowing the tea trees to accumulate sweetness and fruit esters.

With traditional handcrafting and light roasting, the tea reveals ice sugar sweetness and clear snow-pear fragrance, clean and refreshing with a soft milky undertone. The liquor is bright golden-yellow, smooth and supple with persistent sweetness.
